What happens after you send

  1. 01A founder replies within 1 business day with questions specific to your situation — never a generic script.
  2. 02We send a short pilot brief (PDF) tailored to your use case, with example syllabi and a list of questions to ask your students.
  3. 03One 30-minute call with the founder and, if relevant, your IT representative. We cover SSO, DPA, and the timeline honestly — including what we don't yet support.
  4. 04Pilot starts. Typically within 2–4 weeks of first contact.
